Weekly Workouts!
Happy Monday friends! Hope you had a wonderful weekend. My weekend was looking to be so relaxing and then life happened. However, I did get a sweet nap after church yesterday so I was much more productive in the evening. I normally don’t get too out of wack from Daylight Savings time but this one did me in!
So I figured I would start a new series where I share my workouts so far since it was well received last time I posted something like this! I’m still in the base building stage but I will be ramping up for marathon training soon. I’ve enlisted some outside help for some guidance so I can’t wait to crush it!
Weekly Workouts: Week Of March 5th
- Monday – AM & PM 45 Minute Spin Class/ 20 Minute Arms & Abs
- Tuesday – 4 Mile Run Easy Effort/ 45 Minute Spin Class/ 15 Minute Leg Workout
- Wednesday – 60 Minute Crosstraining/ 2 Mile Run Easy Effort
- Thursday – 45 Minute Spin Class
- Friday – 30 Minute Yoga Session
- Saturday – 4.5 Mile Interval Run
- Sunday – 45 Minute Spin Class/ Yoga
If you could draw a graph of my motivation for the week, I think it would start very high and then just taper down lol. Work got super busy midweek and I have been having stomach issues to so it was like rolling the dice each morning. Would I make it to my workout or no?
However, I feel I did very well this week. I have been diligent with stretching and foam rolling while I watch my nightly YouTube news segment (Phillip DeFranco). Sure, I am tired by the end of the week by my legs aren’t completely dead and I have to say that’s because of foam rolling and making sure to flush my legs out daily.
