It’s been a fun weekend and I tried really hard to take pictures throughout the days!

Friday was a slow start. Jordan still had more dental work so we hung out and got that done. We had our usual date night and made a trip to Party City! I really want to decorate our home with Halloween stuff but not sure it can fit in our budget. It’s still fun to look!

Saturday was a five mile run with Jordan. I have been having issues with my knee so I took it easy. I’m so thankful for having Jordan with me because he gives me little pep talks and inside jokes that truly help. We also talk about planning our decorations for the upcoming holidays.

I also stopped by and got more containers for meal prep. Since it’s a new month, I am doing the new Tone It Up Challenge. I’m going to follow the meal plan as much as possible and working in some of the workouts along with my marathon training. I can’t wait to try new recipes and reach new goals!

Also spent the evening relaxing with the pup. My in-laws came over and wore her out so that was great!

Sunday was busy, busy! Started off the morning with a quick recovery run. Had some help from my pre-workout because I just couldn’t get motivated. Once I was out on the road, I was pushing hard to stay under ten minute miles. I was definitely thinking about the donut I was having afterwards, haha!

Meal prep was in full swing after church. Oh my word! So glad for all the containers I bought because I sure made a lot of food! I’m ready to kick butt all week and stay on track!
