Running Playlist

So I use running as “me time”. I go through phases in training where I actually run without music. I listen to my breathing and really focus on my cadence. Depending on where I’m running, I sometimes go without headphones for safety reasons.

When I do listen to music, I go though phases. Sometimes my playlist is very EDM inspired and sometimes it’s very rap and hip hop based. I’m currently somewhere in between. Here’s a few of the songs on my running playlist:

As you can see it’s very random at the moment! I try to mix it up every once in a while and make a new playlist every couple of weeks. Sometimes I just add to it or make a completely new one. I use Spotify for ideas but I have a subscription to Groove so I mainly use that.
