Runner’s Guide To Nashville!
Happy Monday friends! It sure has been a while but it was a much needed break. Training is ramping up for my races (only DAYS away!) and life/allergies just got crazy. However, I am rolling with the punches and I’m happy to be back. I wanted to pop in today in the midst of all my travel planning. While I won’t be heading to Nashville this year, Brooks has shared an awesome guide for the city of Nashville for runners!
Whether you’re a foodie, love music, or just want to get out for a run around the City, the Nashville Notes is for you! You can check it out here on Google Maps or here on Pintrest! These are a few spots that jump out at me.
I was a HUGE fan of the TV show Nashville and I would absolutely enjoy going down Music Row. Whether it’s listening to up and coming artists or jumping from place to place, this is a great way to get a feel of the city. Who knows, you might be listening to the next big star!
If you know me, you know I can eat. Any kind of southern food is my jam! Hattie B’s is THE place for Nashville Hot Chicken. Seriously, it’s worth the trip. This would be something to demolish after a run so make the time for it!
Shelby Bottoms is the perfect spot for a run! With paved paths and trails, you can choose your adventure. Being able to run in nature to get a break from the hustle and bustle is one of my favorite parts. When I visit, this will be one of the first places I check out!
What are you waiting for? Head over and check out the Nashville Notes and plan your next trip to Nashville! This is only a taste of what the city has in store for you!
