Quick Circuit Burn!
Happy Monday friends! I hope you had a wonderful weekend. The cool front hit on Friday and it was definitely chilly. I brought out all the comfy clothes and even had the heat come on during the weekend. I am walking the dog and living for it! The sun goes down sooner so I have to rush out the door in the afternoons but it’s worth it! I wanted to stop by today with another quick circuit workout. I love doing these workouts with the ladies in my small group because it takes minimal equipment and you can get in a good sweat in a short amount of time!
Equipment Needed:
- Jump Rope
- Set of dumbbells
- One kettlebell
Circuit 1 – One Minute Per Exercise, Do Entire Set Twice
- Mountain Climbers
- Squats
- Jumping Jacks
- Alternation Lunges
- Rest
Circuit 2 – One Minute Per Exercise, Do Entire Set Twice
- Burpees
- Kettlebell Swings
- Bicep Curls
- Hammer Curls
- Rest
Circuit 3 – One Minute Per Exercise, Do Entire Set Twice
- Jump Rope
- Push Ups
- Overhead Press
- Tricep Kickbacks
- Rest
