Meal Prepping with Factor Meals

If you follow me on Instagram, you have probably seen me posting about these epic meals. Factor is a meal prepping service which sends you prepackaged meals for the week. The best part is that you simply throw them in the microwave for a few minutes and they’re ready. I tried them out for over two weeks and here are my honest thoughts!

Meal Prep

First things first, I did pay for these out of my own pocket. Occasionally you’ll see blogger that do reviews but they’re usually given product so it makes you question if they’re being honest. These are my 100% honest thoughts about Factor. There’s another meal service I tried that may or may not get positive reviews from me.

The reason I tried Factor meals is because they are a full meal. Others will be a shake or smoothie as a replacement and I don’t really care for those. Factor meals come with a good sized entry and side. There is chicken, ground beef, steak, pork as well as vegetarian options for entrees. If you are following a Keto or Paleo diet, Factor makes it easy to filter through the weekly meals and still stay compliant. I joked with a friend that I was Keto for a week since all the lunches I picked were Keto.

The thing I have to hit on is the taste. Guys, these don’t taste like the frozen meals from the grocery store. These meals are made fresh and delivered to you weekly. There are no weird preservatives or anything like that. The meals have great seasonings and they taste just as if they had been cooked right in front of you. The BBQ Pulled Chicken I tasted was so good! It wasn’t dry and the barbeque sauce wasn’t overly sweet because it was Keto! That meal also had mashed cauliflower with all the fixings of a baked potato. Honestly, that was probably one of my favorites and I’m surprised of the favor and the quality that came from a meal service like this.

There’s also a few breakfast options that I enjoyed. The Breakfast Enchilada Bake was one of my favorites! If you’re a pancake lover, there’s some of those too! Factor also has smoothies and soups that you can supplement to your weekly delivery. I chose a smaller box because I used the meals for my work lunch but they are exceptional for all meals. Like I mentioned before, the meals aren’t frozen so they don’t have weird preservatives and don’t make you feel gross after you eat them. They aren’t loaded with salt so I have to say, that’s a huge plus for me.

As far as price goes, the 6 meal box came out to a little over $12 a meal. I think this is a great price for what you get. There is a good portion of the entre along with the side in each meal. You only have to pop them into the microwave for three minutes. There is a 4, 8, 12, and 18 meal box as well. These boxes are delivered weekly so you can be prepared for the whole week. You can also pause boxes if you don’t want to cancel your plan.

I’ll keep trying out other services but this one is definitely going to be one of my top recommended. This is great for all diet plans and super easy for anyone to heat up. This way you can still stay on track and don’t have to cook anything for yourself! Head over to Factor and sign up for your meals!
