Holiday Sweat Challenge

Happy Tuesday Friends! The cool front has made its way to the South and we are definitely doing all the things to stay warm! However, just because it’s a bit chilly outside doesn’t mean that it’s time to get lax with our sweat goals! During the holiday season, it’s very easy to get busy and forget our workouts all together. However, there’s a challenge I’m doing and I hope you’ll join me for it!

Starting on Thanksgiving, I will be aiming to move at least 10 minutes a day. That’s it! It doesn’t have to be a crazy hard workout. Walking the pup, chasing the kiddos at a family get together or doing up and down the stairs while you’re packing for your trip, it all counts! From Thanksgiving to New Year’s Day, I will be joining the ladies of Sweat Pink for the Holiday Sweat Challenge 2019!

This is such a strong community of fit women from many backgrounds. They have welcomed me in as one of their own and I am absolutely motivated by each and every one of them. It’s always awesome to open up Instagram and see what each woman is up to. I can’t wait to see the creative ways everyone will be active during the Holiday Sweat Challenge!
