Green Coconut Smoothie!
Today I am sharing with you one of my favorite recipes! On days where I go on long runs or I’m just running short on time, I like to refuel with smoothies.
This one is one of my favorites because it has spinach but you don’t taste it! I’m all about getting extra protein in after a workout and this is a great way to do it. I also use Unico Nutrition Apollo protein and it’s so delicious! Check out my page for more information on their products.
Green Coconut Smoothie
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Servings: 1
1/2 cup of spinach
1 cup of almond milk
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of unsweetened coconut flakes
1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream Milkshake Apollo Protein
Directions:
Place all items in a blender and blend until smooth.
I love using frozen banana because it makes your smoothie thicker. You can also add almond milk for a thinner consistency. If you don’t have Apollo, any vanilla flavored protein will do.
