Fitness YouTube Channels
Raise your hand if the last thing you want to do after a crazy day of work is go to the gym. I feel you! Some mornings, I don’t want to get out of bed and get ready with all 54865468 things I need for my run. That’s why it’s so awesome that there’s so many fitness YouTube channels that help you get your heart pumping!
Y’all, YouTube is my jam! Seriously, I’ve looked up make up tutorials (because I still don’t get it), learned to fix my sink, and found great workout programs just by browsing YouTube! If there’s something you need, there’s a channel for it. I figured I would share some of my favorite fitness channels to help you get moving, no matter where you are!
Tone It Up
This one is easy! Tone It Up is a fitness community that has grown rapidly the past few years. What I love about these girls and their company is that no matter how big they get, they still have FREE YouTube workouts. These workouts are easy to follow and you can do these right in your living room. Their workouts vary from yoga, HIIT, and weight lifting. If there’s a certain part of your body you want to workout, they have videos for that! Tone It Up is popular because these workouts keep your body guessing. You can find a weekly schedule on their website which tells you which videos to do for the day or just mix and match on your own.
Yoga With AdrieneĀ
I’ll be totally honest with you guys. I actually found this channel when I was looking up yoga moves before going to my first yoga class. I wanted to have some moves down before looking like a dork! Anyways, Yoga With Adriene is a great channel if you are a beginner or you have a practice. With weekly video uploads, you’ll never get tired of watching her videos! Throughout the year, there will be special “challenges” where Adriene will post a new practice each day to really encourage you to dive into yoga head first and experience the changes. Her voice is so calming and she even sprinkles in a few jokes here and there. On high stress days, I’ll pop on one of her shorter videos and just unwind. Check it out!
Blogilates
I absolutely LOVE Cassey Ho. She’s so honest about her journey with fitness and her videos are great. She has a format similar to Tone It Up where you can find a monthly calendar which tells you which workouts to do. You can always mix and match her workouts too. One of my favorite things about her workouts is there’s really no equipment needed! It’s all Pilates based and she definitely makes you work for it. Her booty workouts are my favorite because they are short but you feel the burn! Her smile and peppy attitude keep me laughing so I manage to get through her workouts. If you want to tighten up and tone, this is the channel for you!
When I first started my fitness journey, I was way too scared to head out and take a real class so I went to YouTube. Doing these workouts consistently helped me tone up and get in better shape. It’s a great way to get a workout in at home and for free! Give these girls a try and let me know what are some of your favorite YouTube fitness channels!
