My Favorite Workout Leggings
If you follow my Instagram feed, you know I love wearing bright and colorful workout pants. l am in leggings for a good part of the day at work so while those tend to be neutral colors, I usually go bold for my workouts! Here’s a few of my favorite brands of workout pants so you can find your favorite and stock up.
Victoria’s Secret Sport
I start with these because I actually held off buying any VSX products. I associate them mostly for lingerie and wasn’t sure on the quality of their workout gear. Boy was I wrong! I recently purchased the Knockout by Victoria Sport Tight and I immediately fell in love. I bought these in a simple black and white pattern but the fabric is so well made that I may buy more! The reason why I included it on this list is because I’m short so I have to roll up a majority of my pants. This version of legging is available in different lengths for my short and tall girls!
Because the material on this pant is thicker, I would feel comfortable wearing it for spin class or even running. The waist band is thick and stays in place so there’s no issue with sagging. I did purchase mine with a coupon but these range from $68-$75 dollars depending on the lengths and styles. I was able to find these only on their website.
Onzie
I was actually given a pair of these leggings last year but I didn’t really like them. However, I gave them another shot when different styles were sold in my local spin studio! I’m real glad I did because the patterns are super cute.
My favorite Onzie leggings are currently my High Rise Leggings in Leopard print! These are made up of thinner material but they still pass the squat test. What I like about these is that they are well and the pattern doesn’t stretch or distort when you put them on.
I wear mine to spin class but I would also wear these with low impact workouts like yoga or Pilates. These babies run for $68 and you can buy them online or in select workout studios.
Goldsheep Clothing
If you want to turn heads, these are the leggings for you! These leggings are literally art and photography on legs. Goldsheep leggings are sold at my spin studio and I have been eyeing them for a long time. I finally bit the bullet and bought myself the Unicorn ones!
If you plan on buying their leggings, I would recommend sizing up. The material the leggings is made out of sheen and there can be distortion if the size if too small. They do pass the squat test but if they are too snug, you can see through them.
Since they are a thinner material, I would recommend these for yoga or something low impact. These are on the higher end of the price spectrum at $98 and can be found online or in certain boutique studios.
C3 by Champion
This is my go to brand for workout clothes. Sold at Target, their clothes are great on a budget! I purchased these legging with I first started working out but I’ve gotten more clothing from this brand as well.
These are the Champion Absolute Printed Tights and they are great for all type of workouts. I’ve worn them to yoga and wore them for the rest of the day because they are so comfortable. The material is thick but it is also breathable. These are definitely squat proof and the designs do not distort when you move around.
I would recommend these to anyone looking for a good pair of workout leggings. C3 by Champion apparel is sold at all Target stores!
