In keeping with the healthy eating theme lately, I’ve decided to share one of my new favorites! I tend to eat the same thing for lunch every day but after a while that gets boring. I like to look at other blogs and shop the aisles for inspiration. That’s where I came across Purely Elizabeth granola!

My afternoon snack tends to be more sweet than savory and this granola is a lifesaver! The two flavors I picked up were Blueberry Hemp and Cranberry Pecan. I like to pair them up with some Greek yogurt to satisfy my sweet tooth and hold me over until dinner.

So what’s so special about Purely Elizabeth granola? Their granola is made with Ancient Grains which means they don’t use your typical oats. They use millet, quinoa, chia, and hemp seeds which provide so much more nutritional value. In a regular serving of Purely Elizabeth Granola, you get a good amount of healthy fats and protein. With a variety of granola flavors, you can enjoy it many different ways!
