I know I annoy my husband by having him help me when I have sore muscles. Using the awesome Pro Massage Roller, you’re able to maneuver it to target hard to reach areas like the achilles, shin, shoulders, and forearm. I’ve even found a way to get it to massage my neck and it’s so great after sitting and working on a computer all day!
What I love about the Pro Massage Roller is that you can use as much pressure as you want to. I tend to like a deep pressure massage more than most. However when I’ve been lifting or working on incline a lot, my hips and IT band get very sensitive. Using the Addaday Pro Massage Roller, I’m able to use gentler pressure in these spots but still get a good massage.
